Perut Buncit!

Bismillahirahmanirrahim and a very good day fellow readers!

The first question and common question I received when I got back home is "Wahhh.. perut dah buncit!!!" At first it was OK to hear it. But after sometime, feel really bad about it. I admit that lately, I've been skipping my session at Gym in Tiara Hotel.

After make some research by Googling the keyword 'Perut Buncit', I managed to find some tips and like to share it here. Copy and paste from here. So, let's try it together2. Muhahaa

Petua 1 (Limau Purut + Kapur sirih)

1. Ambil sedikit kapur makan dan sebiji limau purut yang telah di perah jusnya.
2. Kapur dan limau tadi dicampur dan digaul hingga sebati.
3. Amalkan sapu di sekeliling perut sebelum masuk tidur…biarkan ia kering sehingga pagi.

Petua 2 (Limau Nipis + Teh O)
1. Sediakan teh ‘O’ tanpa gula dan perahkan air limau nipis. (Ingat : NO SUGAR!)
2. Amalkan minum air tersebut setiap hari.
* Petua ini hanya sesuai untuk orang yang tidak mengidap sebarang penyakit perut seperti gastrik.

Petua 3 (Limau Nipis + Kapur sirih)
1. Ambil air limau nipis dan campur dengan kapur sirih.
2. Lumurkan atau sapukan pada perut
3. Amalkan setiap malam.

    hehe...perut buncit bler tak exercise...dah kawin buncit sebab wife mask sedap + senang hati..muhahaha..

    blom kawin buncit sebab mkn kt kedai lewat mlm n trus tdo..muhahaha
