P/s : Sangat suka outstation sebab tak perlu IRON baju opis yang hendak dipakai selama seminggu. Baju 5 helai plus seluar 5 helai. Ada 10! serious tak suka keje2 meng’iron’ nih since dari sekolah lagik.. So, sapa nak tolong iron baju neh? ;p

Coconut Shake satu!

Sapa penah pekena Klebang Coconut Shake? Kat man tuh? Bagi yang tak tahu, gerai Klebang Coconut Shake nih terletak kat Melaka~ on the way to Bandar Melaka kalo dari Sungai Udang. Lebey kurang 7km dari PETRONAS Penapisan Melaka. Tepi pantai yang dah ditambak tuh~ huhu..

Ada sapa2 tahu camno nak buek Coconut Shake tak? Yang kawe tahu, isi kelapa muda, air kelapa, ais-kelim perisa Vanilla, air gula sket dan ais ketol. Sumer bahan-bahan nih blender sekali sampi sebati~ Kalo salah tolong betolkan dan share2 ler recipe sket~ =)

 

Kan Malaysia sekarang awek tengah HOT~ Perrgghhh, tentulah sedap kalo dapat sedut time-time tengahari sebagai penghilang dahaga. Moh ler ke Melaka kalo nk try Klebang Coconut Shake nih~ Yang meriahnya, ramai giler tourist dari Singopore berderet2 park kereta kat tepi gerai nih..Mesti la sedap! Harga RM2 per glass~

P/s: Dinner tadi merasala pegi ke Bali sebab Muhyi belanja makan kat H0use 0f Sundanese KLCC. Memang kenyang makan makanan indonesia~ First attempt to gather ex-UTP is 30% successful .Tak cukup geng lg~ Ezmal, Muhyi, Niema and Nazmi jer ade tadik..

Itu pertanyaan dari seorang pengomen blog nih, ::: ReActivate ::: pada entry yang lepas. Terkekeh-kekeh gak aku gelak golek2 sebab macam kelakar jer. Mama Whitty plak die panggil si MPV baru Perodua si ALZA tuh. Tak tengok secara love live lagik MPV tuh, just tengok kat TV, Advers board and paper jer. First impression memang lawa. Tambah2 kaler putih kannn~

Sapa dah beli? Sile drop komen yer. My baby Whitty pon dah nak mencecah 10,000km dah bila balik KL sok. Next week plak dah nak kene gi JB selama 2 minggu. Bila dah balik kampung nih, memang virus malas melanda.Tapi bila fikir keje, jadi tak seronok. Sok kene bersemangat nak drive balik sorang2.

Activity kat kampung agak packed sebab tetiber jer ramai2 kwan balik kampung dan banyak plak kenduri kawen. Antara activity yang dapat di list down:

1. Lepak makan + minum kat Awana bersama teman2 hampir setiap malam~
2. Shopping raya bersama family pre and post raya sebab ade kenduri korban
3. Melapah kulit lembu korban for the first time..Dolu2 just tengok n pegang sket2 jer..hihi
4. Balut Ketupat Palas dengan successfully nyer sebab my mom nak ketupat Jantan, takmo Betina..so kene practise cara balut
5. Photoshoot Nida kawin bersama ngn Boolah. Bawak baby D80 smpi orang kampung ingat kami nih Wartawan Sinar~ boley??
6. Hang out ngn Cikgu Azhari kat gerai tepi Jam Besar SP. Tetibe je kami jadikan cikgu orang bujang~ hoho =P
7. Open house umah kazen. Orang raya2 mkn ketupat, kami makan nasik campur ngn ulam2 lagi~ perghhh~
8. Open house rumah sendirik raya ke3 sebab aku join ibadah Korban.Ramai gak yang datang. Thanks~
9. Sambut birthday si Bongsu – Syafiq yang beranak tahun 2000~ dah 9 tahun pon..

Paku karat

Paku karat. Bila sebut pasal paku karat, macam2 terbayang di benak. Aku ada satu pengalaman pahit masa zaman muda remaja dahulukala. Masih terbayang lagi saat itu, ketika bulan puasa, bulan Ramadhan lah tuh.

Selepas solat lapan rakaat Tarawikh, turun ke bawah perkarangan masjid bermain kereta ‘Dashing Kuro’ bersama rakan2. Ada yang guna kayu, ada yang fabricate sendirik alat untuk make sure kereta mainan tuh bergerak lurus or undercontrol.

Tengah seronot bermain, kereta aku out-of-control menonong ke dalam longkang cetek di tepi jalan. Gelap gulita ya amat! Aku pon turut serta. Nah! Terkena paku karat yang tertancap pada sekeping kayu kat tapak kaki kanan or kiri.

Penat kene soal jawab ngn mama & abah lepas tuh. Tuh baru paku karat, kalo paku untuk dipaku ke leher tuh ape cer?

Moral or story : Sembahyang Tarawikh bagi cukup 20 rakaat baru turun maen. Ekekee

Untuk Arwah Tok

Tok,
Abang sangat terkilan kerana tak dapat menatap wajah tok buat kali terakhir semalam 16 November 2008, abang teringin sangat nak tengok dan cium tok sebelum tok dikafankan, penat abang mencari saudara yang mungkin mengabadikan kenangan dalam bentuk digital..tetapi hampa... abang terpaksa terima semua ketentuan ilahi. Memang sudah termaktub dalam perjanjian Allah, maka abang perlu redha.Abang sampi di rumah pkul 7mlm dari KL, jenazah tok dikebumikan jam 5.30ptg. Apakan daya...

Tok,
Abang, mama, abah dan adik baru balik dari majlis tahlil di rumah pak jang. Kelihatan abah dan pakjang dan ahli keluarga yang laen sangat sedih di atas pemergian tok. Mama pon kerap bercerita tentang perihal Tok menyuruh Mama membuat Gado2. Tapi, itu hanyalah keinginan Tok yang tidak kesampaian. Sampai sekarang abang masih tak percaya yang tok dah tak ada di dunia ini. Setelah sampai dari KL magrib semalam, abang hanya sempat menjengok tanah perkuburan dimana tok bersemadi bersebelahan arwah tokwan. Tentu sudah lama Tokwan menunggu kehadiran Tok.

Semasa kecil, abang selalu menemani tok di rumah pada waktu malam. Toklah yang selalu mengejutkan abang bangun untuk berjemaah di masjid. Toklah yang selalu mengingatkan abang supaya menghafal sifat 20. Tok lah juga mengajarkan doa selawat yang membolehkan kita mimpikan Rasulullah. Tok juga kerap gelakkan abang kerana tidor sambil mengulungkan diri dalam toto. Toklah yang tak dapat tidor jika meninggalkan abang di tingkat bawah. Tok juga pernah menceritakan pengalaman menaiki kapal terbang ke mekah. Yang paling abang tak boleh lupa bila tok mengatakan kapal terbang tuh berbunyi tatkala melanggar awan. Alhamdulillah, abang dah dapat mengalami detik itu.

Tenyata pengalaman itu akan mengingatkan abang kepada tok. Tok juga pernah berpesan apabila tok meninggal kelak, sedekahkan al fatihah dan tiga qul kepada tok setiap kali sesudah sembahyang. Abang ingat tok. Sekarang, setiap kali teringat tok, secara spontan abang akan menghadiahkan al fatihah. Tok pernah berkata bahawa kawan2 tok sudah lama meninggal.. yang tinggal hanya beberapa orang.sekarang, tok pula telah mengikuti jejak mereka. Sekarang tok telah bersama arwah tokwan, makteh, pak ngah mat, pak teh dan pak long li. Tok, terlalu banyak pengalaman kita lalui bersama. Tok lah yang menyuruh mama supaya tidak menghantar abang dan adik ke rumah pengasuh kerana tidak puas hati dengan penjagaan mereka. Mungkin kami merupakan cucu yang terdekat, maka tok sangat menitik beratkan hal elwal harian kami.

Acapkali makan tengahari kami akan dihidang dengan lauk minyak. Abang paling suka lauk minyak tok. Sehingga sekarang abang masih ingat saat tok menolong dengan susah payah untuk memasak lauk minyak. Masa tuh, tok sudah mula sakit dan tidak sihat. Abang sayang pada tok. Tiada penganti seperti tok di dunia ini. Sekarang abang hanya ada tok pah dan wan mat. Selepas ini, tiada lagi istilah tok untuk abang. Abang tak sanggup menaip lagi sebab abang tengah sebak menahan tangisan. Aban akan semadikan catitan nih dalam blog abang supaya abang dapat membaca dan mengembalikan ingatan abang terhadap tok. Tok, masih banyak perkara yang abang belum dapat tunaikan. Tetapi apakan daya tok dah pergi menghadap ilahi. 2 minggu lepas, abang bermimpi tok kembali sihat dan ceria. Terus, dari johor abang membuat keputusan untuk balik ke kedah. Alhamdulillah, dapat berjumpa dan mencium tok. Rupa2nya, itu merupakan ciuman terakhir....

Today is 25 of September 2008 and that is my birthday and my twin! Alhamdulillah I am still alive till this very minute. Thanks to Mama & Abah too for their support. Thank you Allah for everything you had given to me. I've been getting so many things this year and year before; start from completing my degree course in Civil Engineering specialization Petroleum and entering the most extravagant working world in PETRONAS Carigali. Well, I am not celebrating it today because I am in the middle of dessert. Hoho.. actually at Teluk Ramunia Fabrication Yard. There is nothing special here except the peoples that working at the yard under the hot sun and a couple of Jacket and Topside that waiting near the shore to be load-out and sail away to offshore soon.

Thanks to those who sms me the birthday wishes. Special thanks to Boolah coz design me the birthday card [click here]. Thank you very very much! Well, i really hope that I can celebrate with my family and the rest of my friends soon. There are many items in my wish list that everyone can contribute. That is the HINT!!! ahaha Love u guys!!!

Ok, got to go. I have to settle everything regarding the load out jacket procedure before Hari Raya. I am going back to KL tomorrow and the next day I'll catch Maraliner and going back to Kampung!!! Nak makan masakan umah plak.. windunye..Yeah! Jemput la datang umah yea hari raya nnti~

Ikan Haruan Bakar

Just nak share kesedapan Ikan Haruan Bakar yang menjadi juadah berbuka puasa pada zaman dahulukala. Now, I need to update my blog frequently with this kind of post since I am going to left my pc at home after this and I won't have the oppurtunity to capture the moment at my village as I do have right now *so sad* I used to practice this during fasting month because last time, school holiday was merging together with fasting month. Me and my friends went to the padi field and small drain near there to left more than 10 fishing rode and come back later to pick up the fishes. In Malay term, we called it 'Taut' coz we don't really have to wait there until the fish snatch the bait. The baits that normally used were Worm and Frog! But, we prefer to use worm instead of frog coz that animal seems disgusting!!!

Let’s forget about that and concentrate on Ikan Haruan Bakar. The recipe? OK. Firstly, just kill the fish with full of gentleness, take out the inner parts and wash it with Lemon Grass, Salt and Asam Keping (remember Asam Keping in previous post).You can either put some other seasoning stuff like Lemon leaf, Union and Serai.Then take a packet of Perencah Nasi Goreng Adabi and spread it over the fish, mixed until well blended and keep it in refrigerator for 3 hours. Afterward, start the fire and wait a moment to let the excitement of the fire to cool down and put the fist on the grill. DONE.

Ikan Puyu

Salam semua,

Hari ni aku nak cerita pasal ikan puyu? Tahu tak apa itu ikan puyu? Ok. Itu ikan 'darat' tersangat la hanyir dan hanya orang-orang tertentu seperti my mum je dapat menahan diri untuk menyiang ikan-ikan nih tapi yang penting ia sangat sedap kalo dibuat sambal tumis. Seriously! Well, sekarang let me tell you guys how actually the process of catching this kind of fish.

Firstly you must wait untill the padi started turn into yellowish color. Dah masak la tuh dalam erti kata laen. At this time, the farmers normally letting the water flow out from their field in order to make sure that the process of harvesting the padi run smoothly and easy breezy. Then, my mom and dad will find something like net to tight it at the end of the pipe which flowing the water from padi field to the main stream. Tersangat la kotor sebab stream tuh sometimes air nye kaler hijau ninja turtle. Why??? Sebab ade kilang paper yang discharge unwanted liquid to the stream. Salah sapa? After fitting the net and ensure the opening of the net is well fitted at the end of the pipe, then balik umah lah makan2, minom2 or tido sepam dua. Normally, we set the net in the evening and come and do a routine check up at night once, after the dawn and in the middle of the day.

At first day of checking the net, it was super duper awesome!!! Alhamdulillah. I didn't believe that we did catch a lot of em. Repeat.. A lot included Haruan (Snakefish). It has been quite a long time since I ate Gulai Ikan Haruan with Cucumber. My lovely grandma’s recipe. It tastes very scrumptious~ all we have to do is some cooperation to relocate the fishes into big plastic bag which is thick enough. If not, the plastic might tear off due to the fins of ikan puyu. Sangat tajam OK dan berbisa kalo kene duri ikan nih. Then, we have to put back the net and set the opening of the net and secure it with wire line.

The main problem is biawak!! Tahu apa itu biawak? Not biawak hidup. Itu peribahasa OK. This creature will just simply kidnap the fish caught inside the net. *pemalas* .The other option to avoid kidnapping from biawak is doing the routine check frequently. Sometime anaconda pon ada..hihi.. When the rains pouring down heavily, then the chances to get more fish is augmented. Well, when the velocity of flowing water increases, it will definitely attract more fish to swim into the stream and at the end caught in the net. Alhamdulillah.

ex SKTBian Reunion

Yesterday we were having such a great Reunion of ex-SKTBian at Radix Fried Chicken RFC, Sungai Petani. SKTB stand for Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Tikam Batu ok. The reunion was attended by me, Husna, Boo-lah, Herry, Pali ,Future Doctor from Russia Husna Abd Ghani and the most vogue teacher Cikgu Ainal. Thanks to Cikgu Ainal coz treating us RFC. Sape2 yang tak datang tuh sangat la rugik! The meal was superb and I proudly ate more than 3 pieces of chicken. I am not blaming other product, but this RFC taste great and very healthy. It was made of organic chicken which is good for our health. Fyi, that place always congested with customer all the time mostly on the weekend. The main factor leads to this scenario is the HALAL status of the product and their service. I believe one day, RFC will spread their outlets and branch all over Malaysia and hopefully to oversea.

Back to reunion, it was so called successful event. Due to some unexpected problem, not everyone turn up. Mie Chot just come back from helping his father at stall. Fahmi Zam Zam is working shift untill 7pm and the rest of gurls at PENANG!!! OMG~ kemana janji-janji manis yang ditabur bagai gula yang tumpah dari lori eksiden *dush* Good for us coz we can eat more and more chickenssss. I did say that I ate more than 3 pieces of chicken rite? Seriously, it tastes great. After 2 hours of chatting and laughing with each other, we call it a day. Boo-lah was planning to have another reunion in some other time and expect more student will turn themselves up.

Memory SMK Air Merah + PETRONAS

In memory - SMK Air Merah [macam kat Cameron-sejuk]

Here are some pictures taken at SMK Air Merah as my sweet memory. Even though it was just 2 weeks, I started to love teaching students there. As stated in previous entry, I did mention about the behavior of student sometimes overact. In fact, when I was teaching in front of class, some of them seem not interested to listen and just laugh at the back with their friends. Now I wonder how all the teacher feel and struggle when teaching in such class.

I noe how bad I was back 5 years. I started to enjoy life as a teacher and suddenly I got an offer from Publishing and Printing company [Yusran] to do Marketing. After announced to the students about my resignation, they keep asking me whether I got the offer from PETRONAS. Alhamdulillah, 2nd last day before my resignation day, I did received Express Pack [Extremely Urgent katanye] offer from PETRONAS Carigali at KLCC. Then I had to reject the Marketing offer and focus on the preparation of PETRONAS offer. Bad for me coz don’t have opportunity to mingle with Marketing world. I really had to concentrate on PETRONAS offer since I am sponsored by them; regarding the medical check up, stamp duty and so on.. Its going to be tidious to do it..I’ll update that soon. Those who still waiting for the offer, all the best and good luck! Last but not least, thanks to all the teacher at SMK Air Merah for your cooperation and guidance since 1st day i was at that school. Most importantly special thanks goes to Mdm Principal, PK1 and PK2 of SMK Air Merah for accepting me as replacement teacher. It was such a great experience for me~

Am i feelin' sad?? huh, not really lah coz pak gad utp suxx. Well, i don't wanna talk about dat here. Let's proceed with the most recent activity taken place in UTP.hehe.. Candle Light Dinner!!! a.k.a CLD wif Abang G. hehe.. Actually me and my roomate, Farid planned to finish up our raw food in the refrigerator. Then I suggested that we should invite Abang G to come over and treat him for free dinner. Candle Light Dinner.. I called that coz I've put two candles in between the food.ngeh ngeh..It was such a wonderful dinner.Let me list out the menu for the nite; Ikan Bilis Masak Asam, Sayur Masak Campak2, Ikan Sardin, Sambal Belacan, Ikan Goreng, Papedom (very nice) and Air Sirap berserta Biji Selasih...perrghhh!!! Thanks to me and my roomate; Farid. We are the great Chef!!! Iron + Besi Chef!! At the same time( dinner was after isya') the RTM programme was discusing the oil price hike. Then out conversation during dinner was blended together with politikus issues..so many to write here. You guys just Google and fyroo it and nah!!! you'll get the answers. BTW, Malaysian citizen right know, at this moment doesn't fool like out pm anymore. such an old man, needs to step down and feelin' the ultimate remorse toward his action. hoho..politikus..enuff

Recent activities in UTP

It’s just one more week left for me before I am going back home. Soo sad~ it’s truly melancholic. It has been 5 years in this lovely UTP since 2003. Yeah, May 2003 Intake. Actually it was a hard decision to make at that moment whether to stay in KMPP or proceed to UTP. By luck, I was just trying the dial up internet connection at home. The advertisement of UTP came out in newspaper that morning with two options whether using the hard copy form or online application. I opted the second one.Then, I started fill up the form and at the same time asking my mom (she was in the kitchen) all the details about my parent and siblings. I was keep asking her for the information like i/c no, birthday, family income etc while at the same time key in the data. I didn’t even write down anything as my reference. Poor me~ luckily I can print out the completed form at the end.

Enough about that coz I am not really remember every detail pertaining that. Btw, let’s just recap recent activities carry out last week. Ezmal and Muhyi has gone back yesterday. Tomorow, Radzi will leave us (me and my roomate). Why I am staying here??? coz I love UTP so much~ Btw, the wifi connection is super duper fast!!! (main reason to stay here for couple more days)

1) UTP walk from V4 to swimming pool with Ezmal

Ezmal was the one insist to go swim in the morning and at the same time taking some pictures. We walked from my apartment via main route in UTP headed toward swimming pool. After that, we jus t walked back to V4 by passing through Main Hall, V1, V2, and finally V4. On the way back, we keep flashed back the activities that all of us has gone through all this time since special semester until final semester of undergraduate study. Such a lovely and sweet moment together~

2) Swimming

We arrived slightly early at the pool and the pool guard stops us from swimming coz he just put some chlorine inside the pool for cleaning purposes. We waited about 10 minutes and started taking some pictures (main objective actually~). After a while, we stared swimming and taking some more pictures inside the pool. hoho..

3) Fish Watch

After swimming and took some pictures, I invited Ezmal to Fish Watch near UTP mosque. This was really amazing coz we can watch and even feed the fish while watching it swims freely from above. Please look at the pictures below. I’ve read an articles and it said watching the fish swims will reduce the stress and create a balance hormone in your body. Thus it will make you feel calm and relax. Well, you guys should try it
